In 2013, I co-authored a book #FAIL that catalogued and analysed the many ways that companies were making mistakes when engaging with social media audiences - some because of external crises but many self-inflicted. It was the culmination of six years previous consulting with companies on social media reputation and crisis management.
I co-founded the popular Gastrokid Blog and co-authored The Gastrokid Cookbook. I also developed the Gross Food Guide app for kids.
